I do! Technically I live up in Little Rodentia, which some would like to consider a different city altogether. It's been my home for a few years now.

Shock collars? Now there's an idea. Makes for good fiction books, but no, we haven't had anything of that sort except in the wildest dreams of the most paranoid mammals.
